- Food safety:

Development and implementation of SOPs, Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and HACCP plans. We also facilitate the implementation of your GFSI scheme (SQF, ISO 22000, etc) and help you prepare for your audits by performing our own versions of facility and operation pre-audit so you can BE READY! before the final step. We also help small processors in the development, optimization of products and nutritional analysis/labelling.

- In schools and Daycares:

We train and develop plans for kitchen personnel that target food safety issues. We provide them tools for garanteeing a safe food product delivered to their exigent customers minimizing risk and helping them deliver a safe product to such delicate part of the population.
